Betty’s role as a project manager is to ensure the successful completion of a project from the very early planning phases through construction. Ultimately, the outcome that Betty works to achieve for her clients is the creation of an investment that lives up to and exceeds the clients’ expectations.
One of Betty’s major strengths is her ability to clearly and quickly communicate with her clients. For her, the first step of clear communication is listening, which is why Betty focuses on figuring out what her clients need before offering a prepackaged solution. When she is not in the office, Betty loves to garden and cook, and spend quality time with her wonderful family.
