Shawn has been with RSV for seven years and is currently our lead superintendent. Shawn is on the frontlines of the construction process. Once the design and permitting phase is complete, Shawn is the person who goes out and actually builds the project. One thing that makes him a huge asset to the RSV team is that he makes it his mission to create exactly what the client envisions.
When Shawn is not building projects for clients he is spending time with his wife and kids, golfing, racing cars, skiing or just working around the house. When asked why he enjoys working for RSV, Shawn responds by saying, “One of my favorite things is being able to physically hand over the keys on a project and see the huge smiles on the client’s face.”
