Portland Motorcycle had purchased land that had such terrible soil conditions that the City of Portland said the site could never be developed. RSV was able to work with the city in order to save this project for the client. In addition, mid-construction changes to building signage, building of a new retail showroom and remodeling of a service space were some of the major elements that we tackled for Portland Motorcycle.
