Because Wellons’ manufacturing process used a variety of chemical processes, officials at the City of Vancouver halted the project and required overly complex restrictions for construction. Similar to Redwood Plastics, our skilled group of design/build professionals worked with city officials to agree upon reasonable building requirements that were affordable for the client and acceptable to the city.
