Salmon Creek Oral Surgery

In less than four months, RSV was able to construct and deliver a new facility so the owner could obtain substantial tax benefits for being open within the calendar year. Because the Salmon Creek area has become so competitive for medical and dental facilities, we knew that speed and knowledge of the local community would play a deciding factor in a successful outcome for the client. During final design, the client decided that they wanted to create a surgical suite that was certified by the State of Washington and RSV was able to get the approvals needed. RSV then helped the client negotiate leases with future tenants for this highly marketable space.
