Extraordinary community support for this 45-year-old local nonprofit, coupled with RSV’s business and civic relationships within the local community, were integral factors in the successful outcome of this project. Ron Frederiksen has been intimately involved with the success of this organization for many years and was instrumental in helping raise the needed capital for the construction costs. The deciding factor in the success of this new three-story family service center was our diligent attention to managing costs from design all the way through to construction.
