RS Medical Corporate Office
“For the last seven years, every time I need more space, my first call is to RSV. For all three of my new buildings, they organized and led the design team, represented my interests with the City of Vancouver, and made it a worry-free "one stop shopping" project. RSV is RS Medical's "Rx for success."
Over the years, we have built several buildings for RS Medical. This particular project was the largest as it serves as RS Medical’s corporate office campus. One element that made this project unique was the fact that the site was located next to Evergreen Airfield. This meant that no more than two stories could be built. The interesting twist was that the airfield was scheduled to be closed in the future, which meant RS Medical’s corporate office campus could be eventually expanded vertically. Our design/build team planned for this and the office building can easily be expanded at any time.
