Batteries Plus

Batteries Plus is on the same plot of land as Riverview Community Bank’s 88th Street Branch. The owners of the building encountered substandard soil conditions, which were discovered by RSV as a result of pre-construction due diligence. We were able to solve this problem by using concrete pilings to support the building. RSV was then able to assist the owner in negotiating a reduced land purchase price due to the discovery of these conditions and subsequently began construction on the building. RSV also facilitated the sale of the developed 6,000 square feet of land to Batteries Plus.
