Jim Kurfurst, owner of Butcher Boys, has been lifelong friends with one of RSV’s key staff members. When the landlord raised rent for the building that Butcher Boys had occupied for decades, Jim’s first call was to RSV. He was considering the purchase of an existing building, but after RSV provided a feasibility study and extensive due diligence, Jim decided not to proceed with moving into that building. RSV then connected Jim with a commercial Realtor who was able to locate another building within a few short months. RSV again provided preconstruction and design services, and ultimately renovated the building for Butcher Boy’s use. This project is a perfect example of the level of service RSV extends to all clients, not just personal friends of staff members.
