The first-time owner/developer of this facility came to RSV with a piece of land that needed to be rezoned in order to maximize its potential value and allow the client to construct an office/retail center as a long-term personal investment. RSV assembled a project team, led the rezoning process, attended public hearings, provided detailed feasibility studies, supervised preparation of all drawings, obtained all permits, assisted in assembling financing, and ultimately, constructed the first phase of the project. Once the building was completed, RSV worked with the owner/developer to negotiate leases and get tenants moved into the lease space.
