Before RSV entered the picture on this new construction project, the developer had been assured from the architect and contractor that the design would be within his budget. Once the contractor completed its bid, however, the project was 25 percent over budget and had to be put on hold. The developer was referred to RSV as a company that “can figure out solutions to any problem.” After much research and hard work, RSV recommended that the project be brought back within budget by dramatically changing the structural systems, but keeping the same exterior appearance.
