Daren Nelson, owner of GWI Software, was in the market to purchase a new building for his company. RSV found a building that would be suitable in size for GWI and helped negotiate an acceptable purchase price. However, the building was constructed in 1946 and was in need of many major updates. To the owner, this project initially looked like a potential financial “time bomb.” RSV provided GWI with absolute cost control.
