Riverview Aumsville Branch

When Riverview Community Bank acquired American Pacific Bank, it inherited its Aumsville branch. The building had been neglected for many years and Riverview was considering it as a “tear-down and rebuild.” Our design/build management group conducted a thorough evaluation and determined that the most cost-effective action would be renovation with selective demolition. The entire construction process occurred without the need of ever closing the branch.
