Zion Lutheran Church had been in budget “limbo” for a long period of time without any end in sight. Frustrated by the situation, a significant donor pulled previously promised funding. RSV came into the picture and worked with the church’s building committee to find a solution that was economical and re-instilled confidence in the donor. Through this process, we were able to renovate the property within the original budget.
