Judy and Robert Chan came to RSV with the goal of finding a suitable building for their optometry practice. The Chans had made some progress toward buying or leasing an existing building in Vancouver, but that property was far too large for their needs. RSV introduced the Chans to a group of investors who purchased land, secured loans and RSV built the shell of the building that Judy and Robert then purchased in a commercial condominium arrangement. RSV then completed the interior tenant improvement for Precision Eye Care. Due to the strength of the investor group that RSV assembled, a Phase 2 building is planned that will continue to increase the value and profitability of Judy and Robert’s investment.
